AECSOP Student Profile:
Eric Nickeson

Home Town: Plattsmouth, NE

Program: Construction Management-Construction Law

Internship Opportunities: I have held an internship position with Sampson Construction in Lincoln for the past 2 years. My main responsibilities include assisting project managers in Estimating, Submittals, Contract Administration, Project Closeout requirements, and Safety.

Durham School Interests: I am currently involved in AECSOP, Associated General Contractors (Lincoln Chapter), National Association of Home Builders, and was recently elected Treasurer/Secretary of Sigma Lambda Chi, a Construction Management Honors Society. When I am not studying or working I enjoy singing/playing the acoustic guitar, writing music, and hanging out with friends. I look forward to the opportunity to inform high school students about Construction Management and extinguish the common misconceptions about the Construction Industry.
