About
Start there. Finish here.
Start your bachelor's degree close to home - Are you college bound but undecided on a major? - Are you interested in a science-related industry? - Are you beginning your education at a Nebraska community college? The University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Engineering's STEP program may be for you.
Transfer without the fuss
The Strengthening Transitions into Engineering Programs (STEP) makes it easy to transfer from a participating Nebraska community college to UNL. It's also the only way to take engineering courses at an in-state community college. The community colleges and UNL have worked together to establish a clear program for you-and that means no worrying about whether credits will transfer from one school to another. If a community college is where you plan to start, the STEP program is for you.How it works
