Invitation to Join the Order of the Engineer
The Order of the Engineer is an association of engineers dedicated
to the teaching, administration, or practice of their profession.
You will be given a stainless steel ring to be worn on the working hand as a constant reminder of the wearer’s calling.
There are no further meetings to attend, dues, or subscriptions
to pay. The Initiation Fee is $20.00. Some of the proceeds will go to support the Mathcounts program which encourages 6th, 7th and 8th grade students to continue their math studies and perhaps select a career in Engineering.
An informational and invitational meeting will be held Monday,
Dec. 3, 2007 at 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. in the M.E. Conference Room, N105 WSEC (enter through N104 WSEC). Please attend
the meeting so that we can size rings and get the correct names for your certificates. The Initiation will be at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007, in the M.E. Conference Room N105 WSEC, you must attend. If you can’t attend this meeting call Dr. Ehlers at 402-489-6773 or leehlers@windstream.net. Watch for announcements.
