Congratulations, EE students!

At the College of Engineering's third Annual Symposium and Poster Fair on April 24, 2009, electrical engineering was among 60 graduate students sharing their research in presentations and poster sessions.

EE students won several honors including:

• Outstanding Poster - Ann Kjerstad
  
• Outstanding Presentation - Daniel Schmidt
  
• Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation – Kaijun Yi

At an awards banquet, UNL's Division of Student Affairs announced its annual Outstanding Student Leadership Award and Chris Reznicek, a senior EE major, was the 2009 male winner. The honor recognizes students for development of their fellow students' leadership qualities in academic, co-curricular, and/or extracurricular activities at UNL. Recipients can gain a scholarship for one semester of in-state tuition during the student's senior year at UNL.
