Research Centers:

There are three research centers which are affiliated with the Civil Engineering Department.

• The Mid-America Transportation Center (MATC)
• The National Bridge Research Organization (NABRO)
• The Midwest Roadside Safety Facility (MwRSF)

Labs:

• The Bartelt-Hunt Research Laboratory
• Dr. Yong-Rak Kim's Geotechnical/Materials Laboratory
